There are many pebbles resources in China, the main chemical composition of which is silicon dioxide, followed by a small amount of iron oxide and manganese, copper, aluminum, magnesium and other elements and compounds. The pebbles are hard in quality and have the characteristics of compression resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. They are ideal building materials.

Basic Process of Pebble Sand Production Line

Take pebbles below 200mm as an example: materials are transported to 1 × vibrating screen through vibrating feeder and belt conveyor in the raw material bin for pre screening, materials larger than 40mm enter into cone breaking for crushing, 5-40mm enter into vertical impact crusher for crushing, 0-5mm enter into sand washer for cleaning, and then directly out of finished products. After the products are crushed by cone crusher, they are screened by two vibrating screens, and the returned cone which is more than 40mm is broken and broken again, forming a closed cycle, and the products which are less than 40mm are broken by vertical impact. Three vibrating screens are used to screen the materials broken by vertical impact, and the materials larger than 20 mm are returned to vertical impact for crushing, forming a closed cycle. The materials smaller than 20 mm are transported to the finished material pile by the belt conveyor, and 0-5 mm materials can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning according to the cleanliness of the materials.
