Spiral Sand Washer
Description:
The spiral sand washer can wash and separate the soil and foreign material in the sand. Its novel structure,adjustable overflow dam baffle and reliable arrangement can make sure the result of wash. It is widely used to wash, classify, rid impurities, and choose the coarse from the fine in the industries of highway, hydropower, construction etc.
Materials:
River pebbles, granite, basalt, iron ore, limestone, calcite, quartz, construction and road sandstone etc.
Advantages
1. Sprial sand wash machine is designed for scrubbing materials such as tough insoluble clays, conglomerates, soft stone and cemented aggregate, which is difficult to process.
2. High capacity, heavy duty conveying paddles, fabricated with heavy duty tubs, oversize bearings and gears.
3. Lower end bolted to fully machined stub shaft. Upper end mounted through flexible coupling to output shaft of gearbox.
4. The compound drive divides the operating load over an optimal combination of oversized helical and spur gears.
