Product Introduction

Hydraulic drifter HL 1000 is a hydraulic top hammer rock drill designed for surface top hammer drilling rigs. It is capable of drilling 089 to 127 mm holes to a depth of 29 meters. The optimum hole spacing is 89 to 102 mm when using T51MF rods

The HL1000 is a heavy duty hydraulic rock drill designed for medium diameter deep hole drilling. The construction of the rock drill is based on three main modules bolted together with short side bolts, which ensures a minimum number of joints and a large contact surface. The impact module is designed to be simple and reliable, consisting of only two moving parts - the piston and the distributor sleeve around the piston - all guided by a single pilot cylinder, ensuring optimum alignment of the parts.

The HL1000 is equipped with a bit stabilizer designed to keep the rod adapter in an optimal position relative to the piston, which ensures good rock/bit contact and energy transfer, high mechanical drilling speeds and rock tool life.
